Vitamin Treatment for Acne Prevention

So you’ve tried everything, and I mean everything, and you still have acne?  What could you possibly do to get rid of your acne and prevent future acne breakouts?  The answer is simple, vitamins!  I know vitamins sound so simple but why not give them a try and see if vitamins are the acne treatment and acne prevention remedies that finally work? Vitamins for Acne Prevention

These treatments will work if follow the instructions,  wash your face twice a day, eat properly, avoid touching your face, avoid sugary foods, avoid fatty fried foods, and drink plenty of water.

Take 60-90 mgs daily with a meal and within two weeks (you should see some clearing of acne in a week but treatment varies per person) you should see dramatically clearer skin.  If you like your new acne free skin and want to keep it continue taking the Chelated Zinc.
  • Vitamin A – One of the strongest prescription acne products on the market is Accutane, which is a derivative of Vitatmin A.  It has been said that before Jessica Simpson signed up with ProActiv she said publicly she had cured her acne with prescription Accutane.  You’ll need to get a prescription from your doctor of Accutane as it’s not sold over the counter.  Vitamin A can be purchased over the counter.  Most Nutritionist generally suggest taking Vitamin A – 15,000 i u twice a day, this will help the body produce less oil, heal acne and reduce inflammation.
  • Vitamin B5 – Studies show B5 is extremely effective in clearing acne up.  Take 100 mg twice a day.
  • Vitamin C – Take 100 mg daily.
  • Vitamin E -  Take 400 i.u. daily.
  • Selenium – An anti-inflammatory that also helps control infections and is especially effective with cystic acne.  Take 200 mcg daily.
  • Super Omega 3 – 1.200 mg daily.  Anti-inflammatory and good for your heart!
